Mersea Island 5 star Bootcamps grabbed their Pumpkins, dressed up & worked out in fancy dress in aid of the Charity Mencap.
On Wednesday 30th October at all sessions members and non members not only raised their pulses but they raised cash too!
Participants wore silly hats, outfits and prizes were given for the best fancy dress.
Great fun & hard work got these spooky participants in the mood for Halloween
