Electric Bike Hire – new for 2024
New for 2024 – electric bike hire on the Mersea Island. These wide tire bikes are equally happy on or off road so you can take them along the sea wall or just potter down to the crabbing jetty and with a range of 72km on a single charge you can get from west to east without worrying about parking. The bikes are designed to take 2 people with a specially designed passenger seat that has it’s own handlebar and foot rests, have a large basket out front to take all your bits for the beach and automatic lights in case it is getting dark by the time you want to go home.
